Come and Get It is located at Queen St West and Spadina, North-West corner. (170 Spadina Ave, Toronto. Just north of the McDonald’s and where Ackee Tree used to be.)

The store name, Come and Get It, is graffitied above the store-front and right beside the entrance. So if you’re looking for a neon sign, you’ll probably miss it.

Hours: According to Urbanspoon and Facebook, Come and Get It is open from 11am-8pm Monday – Saturday. Closed Sunday.

This place is apparently a ‘pop-up’ restaurant before it eventually gets converted into a condo, so this place won’t be around for long. It features picnic tables inside where you can sit and enjoy old Archie’s comics (provided).

Come and Get It features several different toppings on 3 different types of food medium – sandwich ($8), salad ($9), and poutine ($7).

I went for a Chipotle beef short rib sandwich and a Hawaiian Pork Belly sandwich.

Not very memorable.

I thought this one had too much coleslaw and it covered the pork belly flavour.

I was a bit disappointed by the sandwiches, but I still want to try their pork belly poutine! Next time.
